Step 1: Book a tour
- Explore SS ELC: Visit one of our centres to see our welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces firsthand.
- Meet our Educators: Our passionate, skilled team will get to know each individual child and family to best support their learning & development.
- See learning in action: Experience the enriching activities tailored by age stage for nursery, toddlers, and kindergarten.
Step 2: Getting ready for day one
Our Centre Manager will call you to arrange Orientation Visits which help your child settle in before your first day. These visits ensure your first day—and every day after—feels familiar and easy.
We’ll walk you through everything you need to know, including:
- Settling in – Your child can explore their new environment, meet their Educators, and start building connections.
- Personalised care – Share your child’s routines, preferences, and any medical needs so we can tailor their care from day one.
- Easy drop-offs and pick-ups – Where to park, how to enter the centre, and what to do at drop-off.
- Staying connected – How we share updates about your child’s day so you always feel involved.
Step 3: Your first day
The big day is here, and we’re so excited to welcome you!
- A warm welcome – We’ll help you get settled in, show you where your child’s locker is and you’ll receive your welcome pack.
- Staying connected – We know you’ll be thinking about them, so we’ll give you a call to let you know how they’re going and share photos and updates through our family app, Storypark. You’ll see what they’re up to and who they’re playing with—helping you feel connected, even when you’re apart.
